HERE'S HOW WE'RE HELPING YOU:

  • We are still open during normal business hours (8am - 6pm, Monday - Friday). Our staff is working remotely. 
  • We’re still conducting 24/7 monitoring of your systems. 
  • We still offer after hours emergency support based on your contract.
  • All remote support for your desktop is continuing as normal.
  • Our office is compliant with all local North Florida mandates. *Update—May 18, 2020: Now that the stay-at-home order is lifted for North Florida, our technical engineers are now able to conduct onsite visits when appropriate.
  • For new customers, our technical engineers will need to visit your onsite location to install our private VPN on your computer hardware. This is a strict, two-factor logic security factor that is essential to upholding the tightest security standards of Reliance Desktop. *Update—May 18, 2020: onsite visits are now available due to the stay-at-home order being lifted.
  • *Update—June 29, 2020: Masks are mandatory for all indoor locations in Jacksonville, FL. If visiting your onsite location, our staff will comply with this mandate and will wear masks. If you are visiting our office location, we ask that you follow this mandate by wearing a mask while inside our office.

  • ARE YOU OPEN? WHAT SERVICES ARE YOU OFFERING?

    We are open, and our support/services are continuing as normal. We can troubleshoot your desktop from any location—no matter where you’re working. There is no disruption to our remote troubleshooting.

  • ARE YOU ACCEPTING NEW CUSTOMERS?

    Absolutely! We’re passionate about helping those affected by COVID-19. As of May 18, 2020, our staff is fully prepared to bring your business back to its full productivity. We are accepting new clients and we’re ready to perform all on-boarding tasks (this includes an onsite visit at your office location, which is necessary to install our private and secure VPN on your hardware). Our staff will comply with all local ordinances and will be wearing masks.

  • WHAT IF I NEED ONSITE SUPPORT?

    We’re committed to safety first. If you need an onsite visit, we will comply with all mandatory safety precautions, including: wearing masks, wearing gloves when necessary, maintaining a distance of 6+ feet as able, and practicing CDC-recommended hand washing and sanitation techniques.
